Man detained for beating his 18-year-old daughter in Tarapaya
A man grabbed his 18-year-old daughter by the hair and struck her in the face and head during a family argument, cutting her mouth and injuring her head, and tried to take her phone to stop her from calling for help. He was detained by police at a home in the Tarapaya neighborhood.
