Woman killed, husband dead in North St. Paul murder-suicide

A 37-year-old woman was found dead with stab wounds and her 41-year-old husband was found dead with a gunshot wound at a residence in North St. Paul; police are investigating the case as a murder-suicide. The couple's 14-month-old granddaughter was in the home and was not physically injured.
