Man attacks neighbor with knife and axe in Graz apartment building

A man attacked his 45-year-old neighbor with a kitchen knife and then an axe during an argument in a multi-family building, inflicting life-threatening head, face, neck and torso injuries. He called emergency services himself and was arrested at the scene.
