Police break up Bogotá network accused of sexually exploiting teenage girls

Authorities dismantled an alleged criminal structure in Bogotá that used 14- and 15-year-old girls for sexual exploitation, operating out of a building disguised as a motel in the Los Mártires and Ciudad Bolívar areas. One detained man is accused of drugging a girl to leave her defenseless and sexually abusing her after she refused his demands.
