Man charged with racist threats, harassment of a youth in Middle Sackville
A 21-year-old man approached a parked car in Middle Sackville, tried to pull a youth from the vehicle, then followed the car while driving dangerously and continued threatening the youth by phone. Police determined the man's actions were motivated by racism.
