Prison officer beats his partner and damages their rented apartment
A 33-year-old prison service officer, in a state of intoxication, insulted and beat his 26-year-old partner and caused serious material damage inside the apartment they rented in the city Capital. Police detained him after being alerted to a domestic violence disturbance.
