Man kills ex-partner in Artigas, Uruguay
A man killed his ex-partner, Silvia Moreira, in her home in the Cerro Ejido neighborhood of Artigas, Uruguay, shooting her in the arm and cutting her with a knife while she slept, in the presence of their two children. He later turned himself in and was charged with femicide.
