Texas governor's threat forces cancellation of Muslim Eid pool party

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott threatened to revoke state grants unless a city-owned water park in Grand Prairie opened a private Eid al-Adha event to all faiths, leading the city to cancel the Muslim community's pool party. The organizer and her husband later received anti-Muslim threats and slurs.
