Locarno councilor calls young foreigner 'human scum', urges expulsion

A PLR municipal councilor in Locarno published a Facebook post calling a young man of foreign origin "second-generation excrement" and "human scum who doesn't work," and wrote that such people "should lose Swiss citizenship and be sent back where they came from." The post followed a dispute in which the young man reportedly threw the councilor's scooter to the ground.
