Woman writes plea for help in medical record; husband arrested for assault
A woman with visible injuries from beatings went to Hospital Cristo Rei in Ibiporã and wrote a plea for help inside her own medical record to denounce her abusive husband. A nurse read the note and called police, who arrested the man as he waited in the reception area.
