Teen arrested in Ceuta over sexual assaults on children at migrant centre
A 17-year-old unaccompanied foreign minor was arrested in Ceuta on suspicion of sexually assaulting four children, two boys and two girls aged 10 to 11, inside a migrant reception centre in the El Príncipe neighbourhood.
