Man arrested after grabbing wife by the throat and throwing chair near crib
A man grabbed his wife by the throat with both hands and threw her phone across the room during a domestic dispute, then threw a chair into the ceiling near their two-year-old daughter's crib. He was arrested and booked on domestic battery and child abuse charges.
