Municipal Guard commander killed by ex-boyfriend in Vitória
Dayse Barbosa, the first woman to command the Municipal Guard of Vitória, was shot in the face and killed at her home in the Caratoíra neighborhood by her ex-boyfriend, who then took his own life. Police said the ex-boyfriend did not accept the end of the relationship and acted with premeditation.
