Israeli finance minister hurls racist remarks at Arab MKs in committee
During a Finance Committee debate on the state budget, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich told Arab members of Knesset that they 'shoot and cry' and represent a public that does not pay income tax, and called MK Iman Khatib Yassin a racist and disgusting. The session was halted several times amid the shouting.
