School janitor accused of trading vapes, alcohol to teen girls for nude photos

A janitor at a Kingman-area public school was arrested after investigators said he gave vape pens and alcohol to girls between 14 and 16 years old in exchange for nude photos. Detectives said the exchanges began in February and involved at least four girls.
