Woman shot dead by ex-partner after filing harassment complaint
A 36-year-old woman was shot and killed by her former partner near the gender-violence prosecutor's office in Santo Domingo Este, hours after she filed a complaint accusing him of stalking and harassment. The attacker then took his own life.
