Colorado school board member accused of racist, anti-immigrant remarks at district event

Three people filed complaints alleging that a Cherry Creek Board of Education member asked people at a district event about their ethnicity and where they were from, then asked whether they had crossed the southern U.S. Border with a 'coyote' after learning they were from Mexico City. The accused resigned from the board after the incident.
