Man suspected of sexually assaulting a minor died before charges filed

A man was suspected of sexually assaulting a minor on multiple occasions since about June, and police established probable cause to arrest him for second-degree rape and second-degree incest. He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound before charges could be filed.
